Initial call to determine fit; review expectations; fees; next steps:  Q&A;  ROAM contract and invoice sent if applicable. 

Step 2

Team member Custom Trip Design call

Review team members destination details and elaborate on pre-call questionnaire “the buy-in”.

Step 3

Trip Cost Calculation

ROAM team forecasts a trip cost range based on custom details provided by team member in  step 2.

Step 4

Owner/Manager Proposal (Provided w feedback)

Final call to review trip cost range per team member; discuss next steps and any added  consultation needed for sales promotion design.

Simple tracker provided upon request.
